Fuc&ing cat won’t stop pissing

I have literally done everything I can to prevent him from peeing out of the litter box. Even brought him to a vet, because he was still young he asked for me to wait till he goes in heat for ball cutting.

$200 later the cat is still peeing on my clothes but “He is not marking your clothes, your cat is just peeing for attention.”

If the snipping doesn’t resolve this I am dropping him off to the back entrance of Lucky 97.

  1. Um.. some things in this post are not adding up. First of all male cats do not go into heat so no way did the vet say to wait until he goes into heat until “cutting his balls off”. If it is a kitten neutering wont help this problem as kittens don’t spay for territorial reasons anyhow… very likely OP has made a mistake with the kitten – wrong litter, wrong litter box, bad place for the litter, or something like that.. or they didn’t help reinforcing good litter habits.. or the kitten is abused.. or some such.. or possibly might be better on a farm – but abandoning it is illegal – instead give it to EHS so they can rehome it as a farm cat.

  2. Give the cat to someone who will take care of him/her! The cat know you don’t like it, the cat is being spiteful b/c of you attitude!

If you surrender your cat to Edmonton Humane, they have a Barn Buddies program where they will give him away to a farm/outdoor situation where they won’t be living inside, and not using the litter box will not be an issue. Some cats simply have a soiling/marking issue. I have a friend that is a lifetime cat person, and had a cat that marked her entire house (was fixed). She finally had to give him back to the rescue, and renovate her entire house and replace all of her furniture because it reeked of cat piss. So to all those people thinking what an asshole, it does happen and sometimes there is nothing an owner can do but surrender it to a rescue that will re-home to a proper outdoor situation. It is extremely unhealthy to live in a home where cats keep soiling.

Is your litter box is a good place? Beside a washer and/or dryer.. furnace or anything loud.. Will make the cat go elsewhere.

  9. Male cats do not “go into heat”….no vet would say that to you. Please surrender the kitten to a rescue….just google “Edmonton Animal Rescues” and message some of them.

  10. FELIWAY!!!! Our cat was doing the same thing and we almost took him back to the pound and he’s been with us for 2 years but this amazing diffuser called feliway by Comfortzone saved us. He peed on everything and now hasn’t peed on anything for the month that we’ve had it plugged in. It’s available at vets and petsmart.

  11. Please look up Feliway, it releases the pheromone that cats release from their bodies when theyre calm and at at peace, our cat stopped peeing as soon as we started using it! It’s a life saver!

  12. There are several reasons cats do this, some are behavioural some are medical and some won’t pee in a dirty litter box!
Your cat could have an infection, crystals or stones, a simple urinalysis will tell you which he has and allow your vet to give you proper medication, etc to deal with this.
Your cat may just not like peeing in a dirty litter box, so change litter more frequently.
Or it could be a behavioural issue, which may be helped by using Feliway spray, which is a pheromones spray that helps alter behaviours. If none of these suggestions work, then I am guessing your cat is trying to mimic your attitude!

Maybe clean the box, cats won’t use a dirty litter box…also if he has crystals he would have pain. Cats will associate pain with the box and stop using it…my boy was constipated, after $500 at the vet he is fine, but he won’t use a box with the lid now

  14. Cats are stupid ….it will never stop pissing on your stuff…that is because it is making his territory an your part of that territory….

    Easiest solution…get rid of it
