Worst customer service…Visions Electronics . bought a fridge and stove Nov 27 and cancelled my order on Dec 30.
Tired of waiting and excuses. They said it was Samsung’s fault.
My comment is if you are selling their product then you had better have a supply chain set up. Next excuse was that they were having trouble with the color of the stove, I ordered white. Next excuse, it was coming from Richmond.
My question was are they dolly-ing it over the Rockies. And the excuses went on from there. Got my refund and bought from The Brick (see rave)
