  3. You’re going to get horror stories about each one (so check reviews) but try the websites of Boardwalk and Mainstreet. Together they own what seems like half of everything rentable

    Also check the local Buy and Sell sites for Edmonton. There’s postings daily on those.

    i liked rockwood management company and strathearn heights the best so far out of any places i have rented.

    JK, but you may want to check the City of Edmonton website and go for the area with least amount of bedbug infestations. And maybe go from there… Just saying

    Abbotsfield and Transit are beautiful locations

    Don’t do boardwalk or Main Street.

    Google the not so nice areas and stay away from them (118ave, 107 ave… in the downtown area)

    Use google maps, specifically street view, if it looks ghetto don’t do it.

  15. Im in a boardwalk building and typic renting from anywhere every place has its pros and cons but no major complaints from me so far.
