    Weight loss is not fast and easy. It’s hard work, dedication, proper eating/moderation, exercising, taking responsibility for your health. Stop trying to make it fast and quick. Theres nothing healthy about that.

    The only thing they works is diet and exercise and diet is more important than exercise. FAD DIETS DON’T WORK

  6. Don’t roll your eyes at this. Try the Suzanne Sommers food combining diet. A few rules to follow concerning when to eat carbs and when to eat protein. Then foods to eliminate, like all white flour and sugar. Nothing outrageous. And never go hungry. A great common sense way, and it works.

  7. Eat clean and exercise. No diet or fad drink. Just self control and effort. Best and healthiest. Don’t waste your money on programs or fads. If you really want it, you can and will do the work.

  8. I like Keto as a lifestyle, BUT just cutting out sugar and most carby foods will help you drastically.

    Bread, sugar, salt, cheese pasta or alcohol. Only drink water in fact. At least one hour of activity strenuous enough to make you breathe hard the whole time every day. And stop eating the second you feel full.

    I lost 100 pounds (from 310 to 210) by doing this in 5 months

  20. Cut out sugar. Drink water 30 minutes before eating. Eat every 3 hours. Do not intake more than 100g of carbohydrates a day if possible. Drink mint teas and eat pineapple after a fatty meal. Raise your heart rate for 30 minutes every day.
    But sugar is the main thing. Cut that out of your diet anywhere you can.

  23. Track everything you Eat using an app. If you eat the same types of foods, the app will remember and it will auto-suggest. When doing this, don’t get upset if you are over a certain number of calories in a given day. Find a physical activity that you like, even dancing to online zumba videos on youtube at home.IF it will not mess up with your mental health, weigh yourself once a week at the same time, I do Friday mornings the moment I wake up. Finally, go easy on yourself so you won’t end up binge-eating after a couple of mistakes. You got this!

  24. You can do almost anything to lose the weight fast, but I can guarantee you that you won’t keep it off. Mediterranean diet has worked very well for me – it’s not a diet, just a different way of eating, that is completely sustainable and something that can be done long term.

  25. however I will say if you’re just looking for a quick fix, you’ll likely end up disappointed. If you actually want a lifestyle change then there are lots of options

    Whatever you do, don’t do Keto. Unless you plan to stay on it forever.
    I did it for 2 years no problem, even loved it .
    But the minute I went off it, I gained back the 10 pounds I tried to lose and gained another 20. Never been this big in my life. It is not something you do and then stop .

  27. Weight Watchers, you can do just the app and not have to attend meetings. It works and is healthy. No crazy food limitations.

    Best way to loose weight and keep it off is by cutting down portion sizes. And 20 min of exercise at least 3x/week.

    If u want a quick quick fix, keto diet. It’s extremely difficult and u will gain it all back if u switch back to normal diet.

      Chrissy Clark i don’t find it too hard either. I eat lots of salmon and vegetables. Even though veggies are considered carbs I still consume lots and still lose weight. I still mentioned it was difficult based on what others said about it.

  30. Eat healthy, I’ve lost 63 lbs in the last year but majority of that was in the first 6 months. And intermittent fasting each day is a great tool to help as well. Basically I cut the carbs and sugar

    When I was excessively overweight, I quit drinking and limited all sugar and carb intake and lost probably 20lbs in a month with no more exercise than what I normally did (which wasn’t much)

  35. Just don’t do dr. Bernstein or any of the weight loss pill fads. My friend did the surgery, and did have good results with it, but it’s not a fast thing. You’d have to be approved for it, and it takes time to get in, etc. there’s no “quick” weight loss unfortunately.
