I NEED CERB and AISH INFO

I recently talked to my AISH worker who said CERB will be taxed onto my income for next year. Prior to CORVID I worked part time in a medical office making under $800 a month. It was very part time but that extra money makes a huge difference. Cost of living is expensive and I have zero help other than AISH and my part time job.
My girl who does my taxes told me to apply for the cerb and I did receive $4000.

However, if that’s considered an income than in 5 months that would be money I would earn if I was still working . We are going on month 3 here, so what I am trying to understand is , will I loose my AISH with cerb ? What I have also been told was that since AISH is provincial and cerb is federal, it’s two different governments and that I shld be fine but I am so confused because so much has been said about this cerb benefit. There was even an article I read that said the first $2000 wouldn’t be taxed , that low income and seniors are eligible for the first $2000 without penalties but the other $2000 would be, and well if you get more than one cerb benefit that obviously that would have taxes on each amount from there on in.

It’s alot I wote but I am hoping for some clarification because the media and my AISH worker have all said so much but nothing has been set in stone
