Ideas for window replacements

Hi. I am a woman on disability permanently. My husband and I have 2 young kids (one is special needs). Not sure if that is important to my question, it just factors into my life needs.

We are not receiving government money, we both work. But after paying mortgage and “need items”, we are left with $100 for groceries for the month.

I am not looking for hand outs. I am not looking for budget advice. I already looked at budgetting and the person told me I manage money more than well, there is nowhere to cut back or make changes. More money is not an option either that I can think of 🙂

We are in a house. It is split level. There are 22 windows plus 2 doors that do not work. Front door does not properly lock. The windows are so bad that they cannot be repaired anymore. I looked at Home Depot but replacement is very expensive (materials and labour) and even one at a time.

I cannot sell and move. Due to disability, the house was redone for me so we are here for 10 more years at least.
Is there anywhere cheaper to get reputable windows and maybe doors replacements? Monthly payments under $20?

Please no rude comments. I am looking for ideas to give my family a better home and doing my best to pay my way.
