Licence plate BYL 1113, have a little patience

To the driver with this license plate, you should learn to have a little more patience!

There was no need for you to be blowing your horn at me going down 107 avenue approaching the traffic circle, yes I know the speed limit was 60, yes I know I was driving 50….if you hadn’t been riding my a$$ you might have noticed the dummy tire on the back wheel of my car….trying to avoid potholes in Edmonton is quite the task if you haven’t noticed!!!

Sorry for if i inconvenienced you, but me having a flat was it’s own challenge….just go around me next time, maybe give me a thumbs up to let me know all is good.

This city is so disappointing sometimes

And 60 is the Maximum. You are allowed to drive slower than 60. As long as you aren’t like crawling….

  3. If your car is experiencing issues that prevent you from going the posted speed, there’s this crazy feature where you can make your lights blink so people are aware of your situation. Give that a shot next time instead of expecting the person behind you to notice your tires ffs.

    • Whatevs. If the OP is so concerned about safety and being visible, be proactive. There’s other reasons to have flashers on, what if there’s complications with the tire that requires slowing quickly? A heads up to other drivers that there could be a problem only makes others be cautious which is never a bad thing. But you do you.

    • 10 kms is a big difference FYI. Hazards definitely could have been better.

  4. It wouldn’t kill this city to be nicer and better drivers.
Yes if your car cannot operate properly and you need to drive it to get whatever repair it needs, put on your hazards and stay the right.
Should see the ridiculousness of 4-way stops for some reason. You stop, yield the car on your right.

Leanne Davies, I think this guy adjusted his last name. It should read “Chris Dumb Ass”, not Dumais. That might shed some light as to the intelligence of his posts. Hopefully he will take himself out and not be able to drive anymore.

  6. One question
HOW LONG HAVE YOU BEEN RUNNING AROUND ON YOUR. SPARE. TIRE?

  7. Chris Dumais so you’re a baby when it comes to driving. I drive for a living. I know what defensive driving is. You obviously don’t. You should know better by now. Sucks you don’t. For the rest of us who have to watch out for you.

  8. Rude horn blowing is an epidemic in this city. I’ve often wished I had the brains to invent a paintball machine that could be installed on the back of my car to be triggered at all tailgaters $ hornblowers.

It’s called a “speed limit” not a “speed requirement”. One does not HAVE to drive the fastest allowed. Just because YOU can drive your car at full speed in a 5-miler doesn’t Keane EVERYONE has that same experience. Even you had to learn at some point!

  14. Why do ppl get so offended by the horn? Like someone honking it is some mortal offense? Would you rather ppl swear and scream? I wouldn’t. I mean the guy riding your ass sounds like a big D. But him using the horn? meh.
