Looking for wedding venue

Hey everyone!

I’m on search of a wedding venue, and I’m struggling to find exactly what I’m looking for.
We are going to have about 60 people, and we are looking for cabins to rent.

We want one stop shop, where we can set up a ceremony (outdoor with indoor back up)
Then we would like to have a tent (this could be our indoor back up) with a floor where we can have a seated dinner, and a dance floor.

I’d like to have enough cabins to sleep probably 30 of those 60 people. After some dinner and dancing, we want to go change in to comfort clothes, send our guests to their cabins to change into comfort clothes, and then have several fire pits with seating all around where we can drink and have fun. Would like to have catering to serve coffee/bar/snacks/cider etc, and some live music to keep the us entertained.
Then it’s off to bed, and we all wake up to an awesome breakfast the next morning.

So where can I find a place that has severally cabins, with room for a tent that isn’t too far away so catering can get there? Or maybe they have their own catering?

We visited MT (sorry, not sure how it’s spelled) Town out in Alder Flats. They have cabins, outdoor venues and a motel. The venue is quite rustic but really cool. You basically get a whole “old style Western Town” along with a saloon! From my understanding they do weddings every weekend! They also have camping available to guests as well, if they don’t stay in the motel or any of the cabins. Very very cool idea – at least in my opinion.

  16. Rundle Mission or The 4H Center both at Pigeon Lake. Also because they are close to The Village At Pigeon Lake there is some place for people to go between the wedding and reception. Both beautiful locations.

    J. P. anywhere and a family celebration dinner. Why cause so much stress for every one? I believe 1 day of so much stress is not worth focusing on the big picture of love and family. The debt and stress of a extravagant wedding is not worth it.
