Municipal Corp Epcor should require daily drug tests

We all already know if Epcor wasn’t owned by the city of Edmonton, it would already be out of business; however, being a municipal corporation they not only get to act in criminal and fraudulent manners but can actually monopolize crime and fraud on the necessities of life. If has also been brought to my attention that Epcor staff doing pulls are using hard drugs on site, meth and coke.

I am filing complaints about Epcor, counting the EPS about their drug use and have already contacted the Consumer Investigations Unit and file a complaint for misrepresentation and fraud.

I am also filing a claim against the city of Edmonton and I invite all who have unfortunately used Epcor to join me in a class action against the city of Edmonton.

I hope loser CEO Stuart Lee has some skills and intelligence to find another job.

I dunno, I dont really care if employees of my utilities company are doing drugs… I mean shit if we made this much of a fuss over druggie employees there would be 30 people left to work in the city hahaha.

What are you ranting about? I get its about Epcor but it doesn’t make sense. Let me guess, you are sinehow annoyed with them or are a disgruntled emploee. They do have a zero tolerance safety program with a strong OHS dept.

  9. Maybe you should get off of drugs before you get to post rants. Nothing you said makes any sense at all. Epcor has been very good to me for my entire adult life!

Wow, a lot of Epcor supporters. I guess you are not seeing that more than 60% of your el bill is delivery and all kind of other charges. Drugs or no drugs, the reality is that this company is monopolistic in nature and dictates the rates we pay

Your points have nothing to do with the accusations of the OP. The support being displayed has more to do with supporting the hundreds of Epcor employees who go to work daily to earn an honest day’s wage and a company who is demonstrating a desire to work cooperatively to ensure safety. They din’t deserve this

    • Delivery charges sure the same across the board no matter which energy company you choose. Are they on drugs too

  15. I know that one of their staff who I believe was in my area checking meters refused to move their vehicle when I went to park in our building’s parking lot… they were coming past the entry to the lot in the alley, and I pulled into the alley to go into the parking lot, and they just sat there till I got yelled at by my wife to move… should this happen again, I think I will call the cops on that driver…

Yeah, Epcor is a shifty corp to start with. They’re a private company, yet they’re owned by the city so supported with tax dollars but their info is protected bc it doesn’t fall under the provincial Freedom of Information and Privacy Act and to top it all off Epcor can exploit taxpayers so that CEOs and other self-important people can earn 6-7 figure salaries plus cushy retirements by charging whatever they want for resources that technically belonged to everyone until laws were implemented to state otherwise.
