Not the perfect kid

Hey, it’s me. the not perfect kid. the one that you never noticed unless i was doing something bad.

It’s me. Th one that you were embarrassed by at the game of the one you were proud of.

Hey, me again. The one you yelled at because I was blocking the view of the one you wanted to see

Hey, it was me.

OP, your not the only one out there feeling this way, or have felt this way. It really sucks that no matter what you do, you just aren’t noticed or given credit for what you do. I’ve been in your shoes. But you do matter, things do get better. Hang in there! <3

Hi to you ‘not the perfect kid’. Trust me, no one is perfect. Not even the one(s) others think may be. YOU are perfect as you are and you matter. I may not ‘see’ you right now, but I hear you.
