And yet another 5 days without a response! This is the biggest bullshit I have EVER Seen!? Seriously what the fuck man? Do you seriously think this is just going to “go away”?
It is not! Lawyers already contacted. This is going to court. And I am making sure it is going class action as well!
Samsung products in this house are now being disposed of and going back to LG.
7 different Samsung phones and tablets in the last 3 years. I know this don’t mean SHIT to your conglomerate company but in the long run it is just another black eye. 4 years ago I had an issue with a LG phone and in the amount of time you have ignored me they had a replacement phone IN MY HANDS! BRAND NEW DONE AND DONE! THAT is customer service
Update 2. 3 days after the last contact where I am told that Leonardo will be in touch with me THAT day. Here I am still waiting! Samsung Electronics Canada Inc. This is getting even more rediculous! Over 1 week since my phone caught fire and STILL no proper response! CBC News has already shown interest as has Global News. Shall I proceed with them instead of continuing with you? Or as I stated in my email sent 5 minutes ago, do I start contacting an attorney and file a lawsuit for gross negligence over your FAULTY products and their continuously catching fire!?
Update. FIVE (5) days later I recieve an email. Not only is my information incorrect but they are telling me they want to take my phone and send it from ALBERTA to MISSISSAUGA Ontario for inspection and possible repair!
No word on a loaner phone nothing. 30 minutes of fucking around on the phone AGAIN today to be told that Leanardo D. Will be back in touch with me in a few minutes. That was 20 minutes ago!
I am demanding a new phone PERIOD end of subject. 5 months old and it catches fire!
Samsung Canada media is watching! They are quite interested in the fact yet another Samsung device has caught fire!
So this is my 5 month old S7! It caught fire in my hand while in my truck on Wed night. Thursday I called Samsung and was asked to send an email with pictures of the phone and receipt with a guarantee I would have a response in 24-48 hours. 72hrs later I called them and just had an incredible 25 minute run around being transferred to 2 different dept. with an outcome of, “no one is able to answer the questions and it has been escalated to upper management’s attention but we don’t know what is being done”. This is AFTER telling them I would be notifying media as before that response and demanding a manager they were telling me to call back in 20 minutes as the dept. responsible was “unavailable”. My last words before ending rhe call was they had an additional 24hrs to respond or this goes to Global, CBC and CTV.
Be warned Samsung has issues with not only their products catching fire is seems but ALSO customer care!
