TEAM Ford – 91 Street

I want to send a HUGE shout out to Team Ford today. They went above and beyond for me. I am a courier, 5 weeks now and just got my first cheque. YUK to say the least. Anyway, I had a flat tire that SCONA Cycle filled for me. ** Another Shout out** for them. I proceeded to a different dealership that could not accommodate me. There was 15 cars ahead of me. With cargo on my truck, I did not have all day to wait. We are paid by what we deliver, not what sits on our trucks. I had the agent at the first ford dealership to call ahead to make sure they could fit me in. The answer was YES. Fast forward, they could not repair the tire.

I started crying immediately. I don’t have money for tires. Hell I don’t have money to finish my week in gas, never mind everything else that needs to be paid before January 1st. About 5 minutes later, the Boss and Agent came up to me, and said they found one in the dumpster with similar thread usage as mine. FREE ….. I got a FREE tire. They said, say nothing. I can not say NOTHING. Everyone needs to know this dealership gave a lady who is trying to make the best of a bad Alberta Economy BETTER. Thank YOU Thank YOU. TEAM Ford Rocks !!   3. I’m happy they’ve helped you but when it comes to customer service and fixing actual problems they don’t do anything. My car comes back worse.

    • That was my experience a few years ago with them, I recently started going back to them since it’s close to home and they actually had a management change over the service was impeccable the last few times I’ve been. If your unsatisfied with any service I hope you tell them so they know how and what to improve. Anyways if it’s been awhile since you’ve been there, it’ll probably be a way better visit if you return.

    • I am currently with them. We’ve had major safety issues. Such as windshield not being sealed at all. Seat belts that were replaced and didn’t work at all after replacement. A/C didn’t work. This is on a brand new vehicle. We’ve had nothing but issues and even bigger issues with the service managers.

    • Oh we have. We’ve tried to talk to the general manager. With no luck. Never returns phone calls. This had been 6+ months of issues. Car was purchased 10 months ago

    • Vehicle was supposed to be true and tested mechanics signed off saying complete safe inspection. And returned to use in these conditions.
