Wondering if Anyone knows where I can get this

When I was in junior high the home economics teacher used to order these sewing kits that had instructions on how to make a stuffed animal and came with all materials etc. I have a picture of one I did when I was in school. Wondering if anyone knows the name of the company, if it still exists and how I can order a kit from them.

I really want to deal with this company specifically. If anyone knows that it is for sure not in business anymore then I would be interested in a similar company. The pieces of fabric are marked for where to pin, where to cut etc. I will post a picture below of a project I did to see if anyone recognizes the product and the company. Thanks!
